Self contained unit with fully equiped kitchenette and ensuite. Sleeps 2 with a Queen size bed, and a futon that folds out to a double bed if required. Room is supplied with tea and coffee making facilites, microwave, fridge, electric blanket, TV, DVD, stereo, ironing board and iron. A BBQ is available. Your continental breakfast is provided in your room. We are just 10 minutes from Matamata and 15 minutes from the famous Hobbiton movie set. The local country tavern is 5 minutes down the road, serving meals, along with a cafe. There are lush bush walks nearby and a trout fishing stream just metres away. We are in close proximity to restaurants, golf courses, Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Lake Karapiro, Okoroire Hot Spings, Tirau.
